- Private car collections, compliments of the Meadow Brook Board of Directors -- a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Collections from Richard Kughn, Ed Meuer, and Ken Lingenfelter along with a visit to a high-end restoration shop and a luxury dealership with a wine and cheese reception.
Tuesday, July 27
- Gilmore Car Museum near Kalamazoo (buy your own ticket)
- The Off Brothers Collection (canceled since we won’t have enough time)
- Evening registration begins
Wednesday, July 28 daytime
- Platinum registrants paying after May 9 will swap Wednesday’s and Friday’s daytime events, so they can go on the Cemetery Crawl and Motown Museum tour, just on a different day.
- Motown Museum tour
- Lunch in the park
- Auto Pioneers Cemetery Crawl (capacity of 120 reached on May 9, 2010)
Wednesday, July 28 evening
Thursday, July 29
- Walter P. Chrysler Museum and lunch
- General Motors Heritage Center
- Four-hour evening dinner cruise with open bar on Lake St. Clair and the Detroit River aboard the Ovation, a luxury yacht (capacity 300)
Friday, July 30
- Ford-A-Palooza: Ford Rouge Plant Tour, Henry Ford Museum, or Greenfield Village (buy your own ticket)
- Model T Automotive Heritage Complex evening tour and dinner (included for everyone attending on Friday)

Saturday, July 31 evening
- Cocktail Hour (cash bar) and Silent Auction
- Evening Banquet with keynote speaker Jim Farley, Group Vice President, Global Marketing and Canada, Mexico and South America operations, Ford Motor Company
